Information on the processing and storage of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016: General Regulation for the protection of personal data ("General Data Protection Regulation" or in short "GDPR").
Marche and Bike cooperative society (headquarters and VAT number) in compliance with the aforementioned regulations, relating to the protection of natural persons regarding the processing and storage of personal data, as well as the circulation of the same, informs the user that the personal data provided when registering on this site and/or signing any request, order, purchase and/or booking connected to the site: www.www.marcheandbike.it will constitute the object of processing pursuant to art. 4 EU Reg. 679/2016, in compliance with current legislation and in compliance with confidentiality obligations.
In particular, we inform the user of the following.
- Aims of treatment: the personal data will be processed for the correct management of the request sent and for the processing of the request itself; in this case the data will be stored for a period of two years after the last contact, unless their storage is legally permitted for a longer term for other reasons.
- Method of treatment: the data provided will be processed using computerized and manual methods, in any case suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality.
- Subjects who may become aware of the data provided as managers or agents: the employees and collaborators, including external ones, of the owner and manager: Marche and Bike soc.coop., including the subjects who provide services instrumental to the purposes of data collection and processing, may become aware of the personal data provided by the user ( for example: technical services for the management of IT tools). These subjects will act as data controllers or processors. The data may be communicated to third parties who perform functions related to the requested service.
- Period of retention of personal data: the personal data collected for the indicated purposes will be processed and stored for the entire duration of the established relationship. Starting from the date of termination of this relationship, the data will be stored in accordance with the law. In any case, such data will be processed and stored for the time necessary to carry out all operations connected and/or consequent to the requested service and in any case until actual cancellation at the request of the user himself.
- Rights of the interested party. In compliance with the provisions of the articles. 15//22 of the GDPR, the user can exercise the following rights:
- Right of access. (art. 15 GDPR) The user can check whether or not personal data concerning him is being processed and receive, if so, information relating to the purposes and methods of the processing, the categories of personal data processed and the retention period of the same.
- Right of rectification. (art. 16 GDPR) The user can obtain, without unjustified delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the integration of incomplete ones.
- Right to erasure (art. 17 GDPR) The user can obtain, without unjustified delay, the cancellation of personal data concerning him in the cases provided for by the GDPR.
- Right to limitation (art. 18 GDPR) The user can also obtain the limitation of the processing of their personal data in the cases provided for by the GDPR.
- Right to data portability (art. 20 GDPR) The user has the right to receive personal data concerning him in a complete and structured form on a readable medium, as well as to obtain that the same are transmitted to another data controller without impediments, in the cases provided for by GDPR.
- Right to object to processing and complaint (art. 21 GDPR) the user has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him in the cases provided for by the GDPR and in this regard he can also lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data.
